All candidates who are presented to your company for consideration remain the property of  EkWill for a period of one (1) year from initial presentation.  Equally, EkWill will not solicit any employees from your organization.  Should any candidate whom our company has presented to your company be hired by your company within a twelve (12) month period for any position, the placement fee will be payable by your company.

Once a hiring decision has been made, your company agrees to provide a Letter of Employment to EkWill outlining the offer of employment. Ekwill will maintain strict confidentiality with all our clients/partners and with all contacts with candidates.
