Bio
Lance Bygrave
Lance Bygrave believes in the Bob Ross quote “There are no mistakes, just happy accidents” when he thinks about how he started in the recruiting industry.

Lance was contacted by a recruiting agency for a “sales” position and found out when he went for the interview that the position was not sales…but instead a recruiting position and Lance has not looked back from that happy accident.

Lance is passionate about recruiting and it shows as he always strives to find the best candidates for his clients.
Lance has been recruiting for the last 15 years starting with agency recruiting specializing in the telecommunication, software and freight forwarding industries and then corporate recruiting for the mechanical trades in Alberta focusing on hiring pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, welders, plumbers, gas fitters, insulators, iron workers, scaffolders, instrumentation techs, millwrights and skilled labourers for maintenance, special projects, construction, and turnarounds.
Lance is highly organized, detail-oriented professional adept at multi-tasking who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and superior communication skills
Lance is a team player with a proven track record of building effective relationships with colleagues, management and with the candidates. Lance finds that building trust and rapport with his candidates pays dividends with increased placements and getting referral candidates.
Lance’s motto is that “recruiting is not a 9-5 job” and demonstrates that he will do what it takes to find candidates for his clients
